● Check-in time/place: Check-in at the front desk on the time you’ve arranged with our customer service representatives.
● Identity verification: please show your photo identification upon check-in.

● Environment introduction by front desk staff and escort guest to guestroom for rest and further introduction on the center
● Comfortable and superior guestrooms, allowing you to enjoy a private and comfortable health screening environment.

● Health secretary one to one service, assisting guest in confirming the packages’ related tests and content.
● Heartwarming screening procedure and service flow explanation services.
● Guest will be wearing an RFID technology bracelet to make the health screening process smooth and efficient.
● Provide Eonway’s signature yet comfortable health screening clothes.

● Healthy lunch: all of our delicious meals are prepared on-site with our in house nutritional specialist’s recommendations, we provide Japanese, Chinese, vegetarian set and low-residue diet for option.

● Imaging examination (imaging doctor’s interpretation may be included depending on various package).
● Specialist examination (the division of Family medicine, ophthalmology, otolaryngology and gynecology).
● Breast examination (automatic/breast ultrasound and mammography).
● Neurological examination (nerve conduction velocity (NCV) examination and heart rate variability examination).
● Cardiovascular metabolism examination (thyroid ultrasound, assessment of arteriosclerosis, heart ultrasound, carotid duplex ultrasound, and resting/exercise electrocardiography)

● 2F and 3F: gym, rehabilitation spas, 25M heated swimming pool, and sauna.
● Chess room (7F): chess and cards (opening hour 1800-2200)
● Lounge and massage room (2F): acupressure massage service (with costs)
● Medical aesthetic maintenance/anti-aging treatment service (with costs)

● Healthy dinner: All of our delicious meals are prepared on-site based on our nutritional specialist’s recommendation. We provide Japanese, Chinese, vegetarian set and low-residue diet for option.
◎ Please notify us in advance if you have any particular demands, e.g., non-beef or vegetarian diet.
◎ Low-residue dinner will be prepared for guests who have endoscopy examination scheduled for the next day.

● After dinner, you may enjoy the facilities in the center depending on the package you choose.
● Before going to bed, guests will need to take laxatives and fest if an endoscopy examination is scheduled on the following day . If feeling unwell, our nurses on 24-hour duty will assist you immediately.
